How we dispatch research compounds and how to request a return or refund.
This policy covers dispatch and delivery of orders placed on claritaspeptides.com and the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. All products are research compounds supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We offer the following tracked delivery services:
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are provided by our carrier as guidance only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
All orders are packaged to maintain product integrity during transit. Research compounds are dispatched in sealed, labelled containers appropriate to their storage requirements.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified at checkout. If you authorise delivery to a safe location or with a neighbour, risk passes at the point of that delivery.
If your tracking information shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time so we can raise an investigation with our carrier.
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions set out in Clause 07. To be eligible, you must notify us of your intention to return before the window expires.

For confirmed damaged or incorrect orders, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion, including any delivery charges. We may request that damaged goods are returned before issuing a replacement; we will provide a prepaid returns label in such cases.
Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where you are a consumer and exercise your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us of your intention to cancel, and a further 14 days from that notification to return the goods. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed condition. We will issue a full refund including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
