These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of claritaspeptides.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Claritas Peptides, a trading name of FEL BARNET HOUSE LTD ("Claritas Peptides", "we", "us", or "our"). They form a binding legal agreement between you and FEL BARNET HOUSE LTD.

References to "you" or "the purchaser" means the individual or entity accessing the Site or placing an order. By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 02.

Eligibility to Purchase

These representations are material to our agreement to supply. If any representation is false, we may cancel your order, suspend your account, and seek recovery of any losses we suffer as a result.

Product Information & Documentation Limitations

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including where:

• A pricing or description error is identified on the Site

Pricing, Payment & Availability

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store card details.
• Availability — Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product will remain in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is accepted, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
• Pricing errors — In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before dispatch. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Dispatch, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Dispatch — We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes specified on our Shipping Policy page. Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery — Delivery is made to the address specified at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information, carrier disruption, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss — Risk passes to you upon delivery to the specified address or collection by your nominated carrier.
• Temperature-sensitive products — Where products require temperature-controlled transit, we use appropriate packaging. We are not liable for degradation caused by extended transit delays outside our control.
• International orders — You are responsible for ensuring products may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, stored, and used for research purposes in your jurisdiction. Returns & Refunds

• Returns may be accepted for unopened, sealed, undamaged products within the timeframe specified in the Returns Policy, subject to eligibility.
• Returns based on dissatisfaction with research outcomes or results are not accepted, as product performance in any specific research context cannot be warranted.
• Where a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Where applicable, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this clause.

Intellectual Property
